Change of mind? Wrong vibe? Don’t worry, we got you.
We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery—because we want you to love what you carry.

A few things to note:

• Clearance Sale Items: If you snagged it on a clearance sale, it’s yours for good (no returns on those steals).
• Damaged or Defective Product?
• Email us at psfortunedynamics@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 87800 99479 within 48 hours of delivery.
• We’ll arrange a pick-up or replacement at no extra cost.
• Condition: The bag must be unused, with all original tags and dust bag included. Basically, in the same condition you received it.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
